A family doctor in Virginia says you’re sick because you’ve been eating too much broccoli and not drinking enough water, but there are several ways to fix that.

“We have people who are eating more broccoli, who are drinking more water,” Dr. Michael Nutter told Fox News.

“So we are doing things that have nothing to do with this broccoli.”

Nutter said that for those with high blood pressure and high cholesterol, broccoli is one of the foods to avoid.

“The bottom line is, the more you consume broccoli, the better you feel,” he said.

“You can control it by reducing the intake of carbohydrates.”

Dr. Nutter also says broccoli should not be eaten in the evening when the body is metabolizing it.

It is the most satiating food when it is consumed before bed.

“I don’t think it’s healthy to eat broccoli at the end of the day,” Nutter added.

He also suggests that people eat more vegetables if they are already feeling tired or hungry.

Nutch is the co-founder and president of the Weill Cornell Medicine Center in Lakewood, Virginia.

He said that the American Heart Association says that a healthy diet should include at least 50 percent fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and legumes.

“But if you are consuming a lot of vegetables, or if you’re consuming a very high-fat diet, or you’re not eating enough fruit, that’s the worst thing you can do,” Nutch said.

Nuts said he has seen a lot more complaints about broccoli than he would have expected given the popularity of the food.

“There are a lot people who have a lot and then a lot less people who don’t, and that’s because they’ve been drinking more of it,” he explained.

Nutt said that he has a number of strategies for getting the most out of broccoli.

First, eat a lot.

“And if you’ve got a lot, just cut it back.

Just eat a smaller portion, and just reduce the amount you eat,” he added.

NUTS: I don’t know that I have to go to the doctor every day, but I do have to get my broccoli down.

But if I have an appointment, I can just cut out the broccoli and get it down.

That way, it’s not going to affect the other things I’m eating, and it’s going to help my overall health.

Dr. Nancy Reis is an internal medicine physician at the University of Louisville Medical Center in Louisville, Kentucky.

She told FoxNews.com that the best way to avoid getting sick from eating broccoli is to make sure you’re eating a healthy and balanced diet.

“A lot of people say, ‘I can’t eat broccoli.

I don,t like broccoli,'” Reis said.

But, Reis added, “You know what?

That’s the first thing?

Eat broccoli.

If you don’t like broccoli, eat another kind of food.

It’s a choice.”

Reis also advises people to consume less sodium.

“If you’re doing well with the medications that you’re on, you should definitely eat less sodium,” she said.

She added that you can also try low-sodium foods like broccoli and beans, which she recommends.

But it is not recommended to eat whole wheat bread or pasta, as it contains gluten.

“One of the things that we know is that there’s a significant amount of gluten in our foods,” she added.

Reis advised people to eat more fiber, as well.

“Try to get enough fiber.

It helps with digestion, helps with energy, helps in the weight loss,” she explained.

She also suggests taking vitamin supplements such as vitamin A. “Vitamin A is important because it’s a good source of iron, and also magnesium,” she told Fox.

“That’s what helps you lose weight.

If I was to take vitamin A supplements, it would help me lose weight,” she concluded.
